Our Process
1. Preparation
Clear the site and position the hydraulic drilling rig at designated locations.
2. Drilling Process
Utilize hydraulic power to rotate the drilling tool, such as an auger or drill bit, to penetrate the soil or rock tothe required depth and diameter of the pile.
3. Excavation and Reinforcement
Remove excavated material as drilling progresses while inserting reinforcement, typically steel bars or cages, into the drilled shaft.
4. Testing and Completion
Verify the integrity of the pile through testing methods and consider the foundation complete once all piles are installed, tested, and ready for further construction.
